Returns & Exchanges
At Schmuddelwedda Shop, we want you to stay dry and stylish; if your rainwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Register Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to protect against the elements during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping markers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receiving the goods.
